Ingredients

  • 20 g Optimum Nutrition Protein Shake – Creamy Vanilla powder
  • 3 tbsp baking Stevia
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 2 tbsp almond flour
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • 3 tbsp liquid egg whites
  • 2 tbsp nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
  • 4 strawberries
  • 1 tsp powdered Stevia
  • 2 tbsp fat-free whipped cream

Directions

  • Prep: 5 min.
  • Cook: 2 min.
  • Total: 7 min.
  • Mix all shortcake ingredients in a bowl, including the Optimum Nutrition Protein Shake – Creamy Vanilla powder.
  • Take an oversized mug, coat it with some cooking spray, and gently pour the shortcake ingredient mixture into it.
  • Microwave for 2 minutes.
  • Remove your cake out of the oven and transfer it onto a cool plate.
  • While it cools down, chop some ripe strawberries with stevia to make a sauce for the cake.
  • Once cooled, slit the cake into half and layer it with strawberry and whipped cream.
  • Add some strawberry sauce for the topping and voila! Your cake is ready.
