Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked quinoa, chilled
  • 1 cup quick oats
  • ¼ cup natural almond butter
  • 1 scoop Optimum Nutrition Protein Shake - Rich Chocolate powder
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp. cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp. sea salt

  • 2. In a bowl, place all ingredients and stir well.
  • 3. With your hands, roll 1-2 tablespoons of the mixture into balls and place on lined baking sheet.

  • 5. Defrost for 10 minutes prior to consumption.
