Ingredients

  • ½ cup skim milk
  • 16 tablespoon peanut butter, smooth, reduced fat
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 5 scoops Optimum Nutrition Protein Shake – Rich Chocolate powder
  • 2 cup dry oatmeal
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • ¼ cup white yogurt chips

Directions

  • Total: 20 min.
  • Add some peanut butter, honey and milk to a sauce pan. Let it simmer over low heat.
  • To this mixture, add some Optimum Nutrition Protein Shake – Rich Chocolate, cinnamon and uncooked oats. Heat this mixture until it becomes easy to stir. Add milk if necessary.
  • Spray a 10” x 12” pan with some cooking spray. Add the mixture you’ve created into this pan. The cooking spray will not make it stick to the pan.
  • Add some yogurt chips to the top if you need, and let the bars cool down. You can easily cut it into 12-16 individual bars.
  • Wrap each bar in plastic to store it. Refrigerate it if you so wish.
